The breakfast is a lovely bonus that makes for that extra chill morning before the beach. I really like that mostly Mexicans stay here. The value surpasses the price. It is simple yet tasteful and clean and the pool is wonderful to hang out beside or cool down in. There are lovely shade trees within the courtyard that add ambiance. There is a good coffee shop and a grocery store within a 1 minute walk. Jorge, the manager is great at his job!
I really wouldn't change anything. It's not a "fancy hotel" so don't stay here if you are looking for the fancy hotel experience. The bikes they offer for free may require some maintenance... :)

Just "okay" for the price
Pool is nice, relaxing courtyard hangout area. TV music to drown out the LOUD street noise
All day and night street noise. The included breakfast was a stale (freezer burnt?) toaster waffle and banana and very weak coffee.

A nice guest house
Stuff is amazing ???? They cleaned the rooms and the pool every day. There is a communal fridge guests can use. Also, our room was very large.
It's a guest house style, a bit simple for the price. Also, a bit fat from the rest of the hotels and restaurants and the beach.

there aren’t restrooms to use while you wait for your room, and the rooms could be a little bit cleaner
